Why now

Mid-market B2B distribution (paint, stone, equipment, parts, ingredients) is the second-largest unautomated outbound surface in the US economy after legacy ad sales. The buyers are vertical incumbents at $5M-$500M revenue with no SDR team and no plan to hire one at current NYC/SF rates.

Voice models crossed the production threshold in late 2024. Carrier infrastructure for AI calling (STIR/SHAKEN, branded calling, reputation management) matured in 2025. The window to take this category is 2026-2027.
