We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions and audit responses are retained in our storage and email for up to 12 months, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the default policies of Google Analytics (14 months) and Microsoft Clarity (30 days for session recordings).
Audit and contact submissions go to our own endpoint on this site, hosted on Cloudflare. We store the submission in Cloudflare storage, send your report and our notification by email through Resend, and post a short notice to a private Telegram channel. No third-party form service receives your submission.
This site uses cookies only after you accept them via the cookie consent banner. No analytics cookies are loaded before consent.

First-party attribution record. We may store one entry in your browser's local storage, named audit_first_touch, before you choose a cookie setting. It records the available referring page address, campaign tags, the first page address including query parameters, and the visit time, so we can identify where an audit request came from. It is separate from analytics cookies. A Global Privacy Control signal or an earlier cookie refusal blocks new records. Existing records remain between visits, including after you decline cookies. We do not set an automatic expiry date. Clear site storage to delete them. If you submit the audit form, its source details go to our server. We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and Resend for email. Telegram may also receive channel details in a notification.

Categories of personal information collected: Identifiers (name, email, phone), internet activity (pages visited, device type), and professional information (business description from contact form or quiz).
Business purpose: To respond to inquiries, deliver quiz results, and improve the website.
This site also respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and others) have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. To exercise these rights or to appeal a denied request, email dima@negodiuk.ai.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area (EEA), your data is processed based on consent (analytics cookies) and legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry). Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept analytics cookies. The separate attribution record is described above. Data may be transferred to the United States where we and our service providers operate. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including using HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and limiting access to personal data.
This site is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
